Job summary

New Look is seeking a proactive Deputy Manager to lead our high street store team in delivering a customer-obsessed shopping journey. You will drive results, mentor staff, and champion excellent service to help customers express their individuality through fashion.

You will work closely with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and ensure KPIs are met while maintaining strong stock control and a supportive, fun team environment.

You will be fully accountable for your store performance, by working alongside your Territory Leader to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPI's, customer service, team development and overall sales - so that we are playing to win!
