Job summary

Shaftesbury John Grooms Court in Norwich is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to help lead a residential service for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care and support a team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) and CQC registration, with a focus on safeguarding, governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• CQC registered and capable of leading care teams.
• Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards it.
• Experience leading teams within health and social care services.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred support.
• Knowledgeable in safeguarding, compliance and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Committed to empowering both colleagues and service users.
