Shaftesbury John Grooms Court in Norwich is recruiting a Deputy Manager to lead a residential service for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. You will drive person-centred care and ensure high standards of quality and governance.

Working alongside the management team, you will guide care staff, oversee regulatory compliance, and foster continuous service improvement to enhance outcomes for residents.

Formación

• Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.
• Proven leadership experience in health and social care.
• CQC regulatory knowledge and safeguarding experience.
• Committed to person-centred support.
