The organisation provides specialist residential care for children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home, working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and full compliance with all the relevant legislation, policies and procedures. You’ll lead by example, creating a positive, stable environment for both young people and staff. You’ll support and develop the team, promote a culture of reflection and learning and ensure the home remains a safe, supportive and empowering place for children to thrive.
