Job summary

Sanctuary Care Limited, Juniper House Residential Care Home, Worcester, is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home and to lead a team delivering high-quality care.

The role requires clinical nursing experience, a supportive leadership style, and strong relationship-building skills. A full driving licence is desirable to support mobility and access to residents and families.

Your role

• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
