Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager for Briggs Lodge Residential and Nursing Home in Devizes. You will support the Home Manager, lead staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

With 40 hours per week and a salary of £51,542.40 per annum, you’ll join an award-winning team committed to staff development, flexible working, and an inclusive culture across our homes.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with an NMC PIN and clinical experience in a nursing setting.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Proven collaboration with residents, families and staff partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager with day-to-day running of the home.
• Lead and guide colleagues to deliver personalised care.
• Build trusted relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
• Engage residents in social and leisure activities to enrich daily life.
• Help shape a kind, positive culture across the home.
• Maintain clinical standards with relevant NMC requirements.
• Demonstrate leadership by example and support the team.

Your role

• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
• Lead and guide colleagues to deliver personalised, high-quality care
• Build trusted relationships with residents, families and colleagues
• Take an active role in social and leisure activities that enrich daily life
• Help shape a kind, positive and supportive culture across the home
• Clinical experience in a nursing setting
• Valid NMC PIN
• Supportive leadership style that brings out the best in others
• Warm, approachable and able to build strong relationships
• Confidence working as part of a team in a busy care environment
• Full driving licence, with access to a vehicle desirable
