We are seeking a Deputy Manager for The Winsor Nursing Home in The Avenue, Minehead, Somerset, TA24 5AW. Sanctuary Care invites a capable leader to assist the Home Manager in delivering person-centred care and maintaining a supportive team environment.

The role requires clinical nursing experience and a valid NMC PIN. A full driving licence is desirable. We offer a competitive salary of £47,985.60 per year and a commitment to staff development and flexible working within a values-driven culture.

• Full driving licence desirable to support community visits.
