The Bishop on the Bridge in Winchester, part of Fuller’s, is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a busy, traditional pub by the River Itchen. You’ll motivate the team, run day‑to‑day operations and shape the customer experience in a welcoming, river‑side setting.

We value individuals who are eager to learn, take ownership of issues and drive great service with passion for food and wine. Strong decision‑making and people skills are essential.
