Job summary

Bistrot Pierre Plymouth is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our management team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience managing a busy restaurant, be driven by KPI targets, and capable of creating rosters to budget while inspiring staff to deliver outstanding service.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining exceptional guest experiences, controlling costs, and fostering a positive team culture in a vibrant Plymouth venue.

Qualifications

• At least two years experience managing a busy restaurant in a similar role.
• Be driven by KPI targets.
• Capable of doing rosters to budget.
• Inspirational leader in great service.
