Bistrot Pierre in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Deputy Manager to work closely with the General Manager to drive standards, develop the team and deliver strong commercial performance.

You’ll be a visible presence on the floor, supporting service while helping to shape the culture and direction of the restaurant.
