Destination Inns in Ware is seeking a Deputy Manager to help deliver a seriously relaxed country dining experience with full table service and a classic British menu. You will lead a team, coach new members and ensure outstanding service while managing cash and stock controls.

Previous Deputy Manager experience is essential; training will be provided through the McMullens GROW Programme. The role offers a supportive, family‑run environment and opportunities for career progression.
