Job summary

McMullen & Sons Ltd. seeks a Bar & Waiting Supervisor for a busy Classic pub. You will help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and lead a team during shifts, delivering high standards of service.

The role offers strong career development through McMullen GROW Programme, flexible shifts, weekly pay, and staff discounts on meals and drinks. Prior supervisory experience is essential, with full in-house training provided in Hertford.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is essential.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver guest-centric service.

As a Bar & Waiting Supervisor you will be responsible for

• Delighting our guests through exceptional service

Prior experience within a supervisory role is essential however full training will be given through the McMullen GROW Programme both in house and at our Training and Development Centre in Hertford.
