Job summary

McMullen's is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a long established, family-run business that puts guests first and quality at the heart of everything. You’ll be supported with training, coaching and growth opportunities as you lead a team in a busy community hub.

Core duties include delivering outstanding service, managing cash and stock, handling bookings and rota planning, and deputising for the Manager when required.

Qualifications

• Exceeding guest expectations daily.
• Leading the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Coach and guide new Team Members.
• All aspects of cash and stock control.
• Management duties including dealing with bookings/functions, rota planning, cellar management, and deputising in the Managers absence.
• Previous experience at Assistant Manager level is essential however further training will be given through the McMullen GROW Programme.
