This is an exciting opportunity to join Aria Healthcare as a Deputy Manager at their 53-bedded Residential and Dementia Care Home in Towcester, Northampton. The home has a 'Good' CQC rating and is highly rated by residents and their families. As the Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in delivering excellent quality care and enhancing the wellbeing of the residents. Main duties of the job

As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
