Job summary

TJ Morris Limited, trading as Home Bargains, is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Thetford store. You will lead a small to medium retail team, drive daily operations, and ensure exceptional service while meeting sales targets.

The role offers 44-hour weeks over five days, a pension, 28 days' annual leave (increasing with service), staff discount, and access to training and flexible pay options through Stream.

Qualifications
