Job summary

Home Bargains, part of TJ Morris Limited, is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead our Holt Road store in the UK retail network. The role focuses on driving store performance, team leadership, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will manage a medium-sized team across several departments, work 44 hours per week, and contribute to achieving targets in a fast-paced environment with generous employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience of supervising medium sized retail teams in a fast-moving retail environment to achieve significantly high weekly sales targets.
