Job summary

Stonegate Group’s The Southfield in Middlesbrough is seeking a driven Deputy Manager to inspire the team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will provide clear guidance, encourage growth, and partner with the General Manager to deliver the venue’s vision.

The role is on-site at The Southfield, a lively Social Pub and Kitchen venue with craft beers, sports, and live events. Applicants must be 18+, and the site offers development programmes, bonus opportunities, and MiXR/App discounts
