Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking a driven Deputy Manager for Bar Home in Lichfield to lead a hospitality team and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will support the General Manager, uphold brand standards, and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment with a focus on service excellence and team development.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a hospitality team and delivering high quality guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and people development skills with the ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation in a fast-paced pub environment.
