Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for Bell Bush Lane. You will inspire and empower the team to create outstanding guest experiences, supporting the General Manager and delivering the venue's vision. You will maintain high standards and foster an inclusive environment where guests feel welcome and valued.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality. 18+; UK pub environment; competitive rewards and flexible working arrangements.
