Job summary

Social Pub & Kitchen is seeking a Deputy Manager for Bar Home in Lichfield. The role focuses on inspiring the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, while supporting the General Manager and upholding brand standards across all service moments.

You will cultivate a welcoming, inclusive environment, drive performance, and help execute the venue’s vision. This is a hands-on leadership role in a vibrant pub setting with sport, events, and great drinks.
