Job summary

The Paternoster Pub is seeking a proactive Deputy Manager to lead our diverse team in a busy, customer‑driven pub environment. You will drive service standards, mentor staff, and help maintain our welcoming, high‑quality guest experience.

You will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, training, and supporting career growth within the team. A passion for hospitality and strong leadership will help you succeed and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bar/restaurant operations.

As the successful Deputy Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.
