Job summary

Tenpin Ltd in Rochdale is seeking a Deputy Manager to help run daily operations and create a fun, customer-focused environment for guests and staff.

You will support the General Manager, drive sales and deliver KPIs while leading and developing a large team in our family entertainment centre offering bowling, escape rooms, karaoke, and more. Band 3/7 salary bands apply; pro-rata for part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service.
• Experience in leading and developing large teams.

The Role

As a Deputy Manager at Tenpin, you'll ensure our customers have a great time and create a fun environment for both them and our team. You'll support the General Manager with daily operations, team development, and driving sales and profits. Your duties include:

Skills You Need

Band 3, £26,668 - £29,877 per annum (pro-rate for part time hours)
