Job summary

Priory is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our team at Bedborough House, Radstock. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a residential setting, with a strong emphasis on compliance and service standards.

You will supervise care staff, help implement tailored care plans, promote wellbeing, dignity and independence, and support residents to participate in the community.

Bedborough House is located in Radstock, Somerset. We offer residential support for seven autistic males and females, and people who have a learning disability. Our home is located in a residential area, surrounded by the beautiful views of Somerset.

We provide person-centred support, promoting independence, daily living skills and access to the community, helping to improve our residents’ quality of life.
