Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Deputy Home Manager for Wigginton Cottage in Tamworth. You will support the Home Manager, lead a multidisciplinary care team and ensure high standards of care and compliance across all activities.

You will play a central role in delivering person-centred support, staff supervision, and continuous service improvements while promoting residents’ wellbeing and independence within a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Leads and manages care teams to highest standards of care and compliance.
• Experience in residential care or similar settings preferred.
• Understanding of safeguarding, quality metrics and care planning.

Description

Wigginton Cottage is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Wigginton, in Tamworth, Staffordshire. Our specialist service provides residential support for eight males and females with a primary diagnosis of Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS). Our home is on a quiet street, near the small village.

Our team are dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the people we support, helping them to achieve positive outcomes. We want to help each person we care for to have a healthy, happy, and independent life, within a safe and welcoming home.

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our team and ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and service.
