Job summary

Sanctuary Care is recruiting a Deputy Manager for Tyneholm Stables Care Home in Tyneholm Estate, Pencaitland, East Lothian. The role involves supporting the Home Manager, leading care teams, and building strong relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Clinical nursing experience required.
• Valid NMC PIN.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Warm, approachable with relationship-building.
• Full driving licence desirable.

• Lead and guide colleagues to deliver high-quality, personalised care.

Your role

• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home

Your Skills

• Clinical experience in a nursing setting
• Valid NMC PIN
• Supportive leadership style that brings out the best in others
• Warm, approachable and able to build strong relationships
• Confidence working as part of a team in a busy care environment
• Full driving licence, with access to a vehicle desirable
