SeeAbility is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager across Supported Living Homes in Kennington, Oxford and Abingdon. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safe, person-centred services and delivering positive outcomes for six individuals.
You will lead a team of Support Workers, conduct staff supervisions, and ensure plans and risk assessments stay accurate and compliant with CQC standards. Driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential.
Role Description
Location: Kennington and Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Salary: £18.68 per hour (£36,426 per annum) plus benefits
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract: 9 months maternity cover contact, with expected start date end of November 2026
Driving Licence: Manual UK licence essential
