Job summary

Home Bargains in Nottingham is seeking a Store Team Leader to drive excellent service and store standards. You will empower a team to meet targets, enhance the customer experience and supervise daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role focuses on coaching colleagues, prioritising tasks, and delivering a high weekly sales target while maintaining presentation and customer satisfaction across the branch.

£34,551 FTE

44 hours per week
