Job summary

Toby Carvery - Shiremoor, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and guest service. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable roast experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or retail management experience required.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
