Toby Carvery Bromsgrove, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team to success. You’ll mentor individuals, drive guest experience, and maintain high standards across service, food and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospitality or similar.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver service excellence.
• Strong communication skills to motivate staff and engage guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Train and develop team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Act as Duty Manager in the General Manager's absence.
• Lead the team to create memorable guest experiences and drive guest satisfaction.
