Mitchells & Butlers plc is hiring an Assistant Manager at Toby Carvery Aldenham. You’ll support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, lead a valued team, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience with energy and enthusiasm.

You’ll mentor colleagues, role model great service, and drive the team to WOW guests and secure repeat visits. The role offers strong progression, staff discounts, and a supportive culture at Toby Carvery.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management and leading a team.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

As Assistant Manager at Toby Carvery - Aldenham, you’ll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success. WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
