Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking a caring and experienced Deputy Manager for our Melton Mowbray nursery. You will lead a supportive team, help deliver high-quality EYFS practices and ensure children's wellbeing and development.

• Maintain open and positive working relationships with staff
• Ensure that practices and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Assist in agreeing and reviewing individual targets with staff
• Assume playroom and additional management responsibilities when required
• Keep costs in line with the agreed budgets
