Job summary

Grandir UK’s Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Abington Park, Northampton, is hiring a Room Based Deputy Manager to lead our caring, child-focused team and support each child’s development in a safe, stimulating environment.

You will work across a welcoming two-floor nursery with extensive outdoor space and strong EYFS practices, supported by a comprehensive benefits package including enhanced leave, pension, and wellbeing initiatives.

• Create an environment that supports the individual needs of all children
• Maintain systems to monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of our childcare practices
• Maintain effective methods of communication with children, staff, parents, and carers
• Maintain open and positive working relationships with staff
• Ensure that practices and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Assist in agreeing and reviewing individual targets with staff
• Assume playroom and additional management responsibilities when required
• Keep costs in line with the agreed budget s

Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Abington Park, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Room Based Deputy Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.
