Job summary

Stonegate Group in Ipswich is seeking a driven Deputy Manager to lead a team at The Plough and deliver outstanding guest experiences for locals and visitors alike. You will provide guidance, support the General Manager, uphold standards, and foster an inclusive, welcoming pub environment.

The Plough in Ipswich is a traditional city centre pub, ideal for our guests to enjoy a quiet drink, a business lunch, or simply somewhere to relax after work. There is a large split-level main bar with a separate restaurant, patio, and other seating areas. We are also extremely popular with football supporters on match days.
