Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking a driven Deputy Manager for Sailors Arms in Newquay to motivate the team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will support the General Manager, drive performance, and uphold our standards in a busy hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills, with a passion for welcoming guests in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Venues is the party animal of Stonegate Group.
