Stonegate Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for Sailors Arms in Newquay to lead an energetic team and drive excellent guest experiences. You will support the General Manager, uphold standards, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates will have proven leadership in pubs or bars, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high service standards in a busy venue.

Qualifications
