CYGNET The Old Vicarage in Hungerford is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a team delivering high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, families, local authorities and regulatory bodies to uphold quality standards, promote independence and community integration, and foster a positive culture. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and the ability to manage people, time and tasks across shifts.

Qualifications

• Talented leader with strong line management and communication skills.
• Experience in mental health settings with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders (families, local authorities, regulators).
