Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Odiham is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a busy pub-with-hotel team. You will motivate staff, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations in a historic inn setting.

The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with strong decision-making skills and a passion for fresh food and wine. Training and development are provided as part of our Fuller’s family culture.
