Bel & The Dragon Churt, part of the Fuller’s family, is seeking an Assistant Manager with energy, confidence and a passion for people to help lead our vibrant restaurant and bar. You will help maintain exceptional standards and deliver memorable experiences for every guest, while supporting a culture of teamwork and growth.

You will lead busy services, develop and motivate teams, and ensure great food, drink and premium service are delivered with warmth.

• Experience leading hospitality teams.
• Strong understanding of food, drink and premium service.
• Ability to stay calm and deliver smooth service during busy periods.
