Bel & The Dragon Kingsclere is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to help run the village inn's bar, restaurant, and nine en-suite bedrooms. You will lead a hands-on team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver memorable guest experiences in a warm, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
