TJ Morris Limited, trading as Home Bargains, is seeking a Store Manager Designate for the Greater Manchester - Lancashire Area. You will lead a store team, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction while developing talent and implementing promotional campaigns.

As a Store Manager Designate, you will mentor staff, optimise store layouts, and manage day-to-day operations to meet weekly sales targets. The role offers progression and a dynamic retail environment within Home Bargains' rapidly

Qualifications

• Advanced experience of managing small to medium sized retail teams in a fast-moving retail environment to achieve a high weekly sales target.
• Ability to mentor and develop talent and lead teams to deliver excellent customer service.
