We are recruiting a Deputy Manager to join our operation in Glasgow, supporting a high-profile, hospitality-led contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong hospitality or Banqueting background to work in a fast-paced, premium environment.
The site delivers a blend of fine dining hospitality, retail and staff dining, with all teams working together to deliver exceptional service.
As Deputy Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the operation, leading both front-of-house and hospitality delivery. This is a hands‑on role where everyone gets involved, and flexibility is essential.
The site operates Monday to Friday with no weekends. Core service covers breakfast, lunch and coffee shop, with hospitality events regularly taking place. While the kitchen closes at 4pm, this role can involve evenings.
We are looking for someone with a strong hospitality or Banqueting background, ideally from a premium or fine dining environment. Experience in banqueting and high-end hospitality is essential.
