Sanctuary Supported Living in Salford is seeking a Deputy Local Service Manager to lead a compassionate, community‑minded team at 3 Gore Avenue, Seedley. You will recruit, develop and roster staff, drive quality support and ensure compliance across homes, selecting effective services and managing vacancies.
You will bring management or supervisory experience in social care, NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and strong communication with safeguarding knowledge.
