Job summary

Priory is recruiting a Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager at The Vines in Crowborough, East Sussex. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with a split of 25 hours supernumerary and 12.5 hours on the floor, leading a dedicated multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care.

You’ll drive person-centred care plans, support staff with risk assessments and audits, and foster a positive environment where residents can thrive and re-engage with the community.

Description

The Vines Salary: £15.25phr Full Time- 37.5 hours, the role is split with 25 hours supernumerary and 12.5 hours covering on the floor. The Vines is located in the beautiful town of Crowborough, East Sussex. It offers residential support for 12 males and females with an acquired brain injury (ABI), traumatic brain injury (TBI) and progressive neurological conditions (PNCs). This includes Parkinson’s disease, stroke and Korsakoff's syndrome. We are on a private road, in a semi-rural location. Our team are dedicated to promoting independence and helping every person we care for to return back into the community, where possible. We want to support our residents to achieve their life goals.

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our team and ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and service.
