Job summary

Brunning and Price is seeking a Deputy Manager for The Architect pub to lead a busy team and oversee daily service, events, and guest experience. You’ll collaborate with the Pub Manager to drive performance, training and guest satisfaction, while shaping beverage and menu choices.

This hands-on leadership role offers development opportunities, a supportive work environment and a clear path to progression within Brunning and Price.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest service is a plus.
• Ability to lead a team and supervise busy services.
• Willingness to train and develop junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Deputy Manager will work alongside the Pub Manager to lead the team and run a busy pub.
• Manage busy services, plan and run events, welcome and look after customers.
• Help train and lead bar/waiting team and decide on beers, gins and wines to offer.

About You...

As Deputy Manager you'll be working alongside the Pub Manager helping to lead the team and run our busy pub. You'll be managing busy services, planning and running special events, welcoming and looking after customers as well as helping to train and lead our lovely bar/waiting team. You'll be drawing on your knowledge and experience to decide what beers, gins and wines we offer and how our events should be run. This is a hands on role where you’ll be at the heart of everything going on ensuring that things run smoothly.
