Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited in Harefield is seeking a Deputy Manager to help lead The Old Orchard and manage busy service, events, and guest care. You’ll train and mentor the bar and waiting team while shaping the beer, gin, and wine offer and ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management is preferred.
• Ability to lead busy services and events with strong customer focus.

About you...

As Deputy Manager you'll be working alongside the Pub Manager helping to lead the team and run our busy pub. You'll be managing busy services, planning and running special events, welcoming and looking after customers as well as helping to train and lead our lovely bar/waiting team. You'll be drawing on your knowledge and experience to decide what beers, gins and wines we offer and how our events should be run. This is a hands on role where you’ll be at the heart of everything going on ensuring that things run smoothly.
