Priory is seeking a Deputy Home Manager at The Lodge in Highbridge, supporting the Home Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents with autism and mental health needs.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, support care planning, and help create a positive environment that promotes wellbeing and independence, with opportunities for training and career progression within Priory.

DescriptionThe Lodge is located in Highbridge, Somerset. The home offers residential support for 12 males and females who are autistic or have mental health needs. We are on a busy street, very close to the town centre, local amenities and public transport links.

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our team and ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and service. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality care by:
