Priory is seeking a Deputy Home Manager for Lily Close in Rainham, Essex to support the Home Manager in leading our dedicated care team and ensuring a safe, warm, and welcoming environment for residents.
You will inspire the senior care team, build strong relationships with residents and families, and contribute to regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and quality audits as part of a motivated, compassionate leadership role.
Lily Close is located in Rainham, Essex. It offers residential support for nine males and females with a primary learning disability diagnosis. We are located within a gated community, off a main road.

You’ll help ensure our home remains a safe, warm, and welcoming environment for residents and families while guiding and supporting colleagues to deliver the highest standards of care. This role is ideal for an experienced care leader who is confident making decisions, committed to team development, and ready to take the next step in their career.
This role is split to do 20 hours supernumerary and 20 hours on the floor.
