Job summary

Priory is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to support daily leadership of a residential service in Stafford. You will help drive high standards of care, compliance and service delivery while supporting a multidisciplinary team and residents with autism or learning disabilities.

You will be assessed against Priory's leadership behaviours and have access to ongoing training, development opportunities, and a clear progression path within the organisation.

Leonards Croft is located in Stafford. We provide residential support for eight males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability, or both. The service is off a busy main road, around 15 minutes from the town centre.

The team at our home are committed to providing our residents with the skills needed to live an active and fulfilled life, as independently as possible.

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our team and ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and service.
