Job summary

Priory is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality residential care for adults. The role focuses on leading the care team, ensuring compliance and service excellence, with ongoing training and opportunities for professional development.

Job description

Leonards Croft is located in Stafford. We provide residential support for eight males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability, or both. The service is off a busy main road, around 15 minutes from the town centre.

The team at our home are committed to providing our residents with the skills needed to live an active and fulfilled life, as independently as possible.
