Job summary

Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Deputy Breast Screening and Very High Risk Programme Coordinator to support the Breast Screening Unit in a busy NHS setting. The role combines people management with analytical duties to ensure accurate administration and delivery of services.

Based in Kettering, the post requires NHS experience, leadership capabilities and strong IT skills to manage NBSS, Careflow and related systems, while contributing to high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Experience in NHS admin leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of NHS Breast Screening Programme.

Responsibilities

• Support Programme Coordinator and oversee Very High Risk cohort.
• Assist in data input and reporting for NHSBSP.
• Prepare weekly MDT materials and update MDT outcomes.
• Oversee batch preparation for NBSS-based screening.
• Undertake periodic programme reporting to stakeholders.
